“We have had such a positive experience and the results have been fantastic. EarBuddies is not available on the NHS in the area of the country where I live, so we travelled to Newcastle UK for treatment. We have had an absolutely fantastic experience and I have gained confidence in fitting the splints over the duration of the treatment period. Alder Hey and Manchester Children's hospitals do not offer the treatment. Alder Hey Plastics simply said that they did not offer this treatment but could put our name down on the list for ear pinning surgery aged 8+. We had to do a lot of work to find another hospital that offered the treatment and navigate the NHS system to get a referral. It would be fantastic if this treatment was available so that parents can access Professional Fitting in the North West region of the UK. "
